600hp Evo build

So guys I'm trying to build a 600hp Evo 8.

Yes yes I know this has been covered a hundred million times, but each build is different (to an extent), but most people don't get too into specifics.

So you know my goal, here's what I have on the car so far:

Built 2.0
Oem crankshaft
BC 625+ rods
Wiseco 1400hd 85.5mm
9.1:1cr pistons
ARP main studs
ACL coated bearings
Balance shaft delete
ARP STD head studs
Cometic head gasket
Stock valves
Brian crower springs and titanium retainers
HKS 264 cams
AEM cam gears
Gates Kevlar timing belt
AEM fuel rail
ID 2000cc injectors
Walbro 450 fuel pump
FP71HTA JB turbo
MAP ported exhaust manifold
MAP elim down pipe with open dump
Tanabe 3" exhaust
ETS 4" front mount
Tial QR bov
Intercooler piping
Halman MBC
Koyo radiator
STM oil catch can
Jacks built tranny
Jacks built t case

I just bought a new coil on plug kit for the car, and a 6266 for her. T3 single scroll.

Now this is my first turbo swap (I bought the car with the 71hta on it), I know I need a t3 exhaust manifold, a new downpipe, a new intake, new lower intercooler piping, or do I? Do the parts I have on it not work with the turbo? I know the manifold won't but wouldn't my downpipe, intake and lower intercooler piping? I'll need oil new oil lines for the turbo considering it came off of an S2K. So my question is what do I need to run 600 on e85? Or can I hit that goal with my parts on pump? I'm in Colorado 6000ft up, so I know the tuning is different than sea level. And last question where do I find these parts? I'm new to this whole thing, I had a semi build on my last Evo but I never made it this far, so what's needed and where do I find it?

Thanks!

I would probably get GSC S2's at least, and the things you listed and you should probably be able to hit 600 after a good tune. The downpipe you have won't work because the MAP eliminator downpipe is for an internally gated turbo, which the 6266 is not... I would recommend going Speed Density as well for a build like that.

As far as where to find the parts... MAPerformance, Buschur Racing, English Racing, ETS, STM etc... There are a ton of places to get stuff.

Have you had any issues with your current valve springs? Maybe get Kigglys or GSC springs if you are going to rev it out.

Does the S2000 turbo spin same direction? My guess is no you won't be able to use it

Yeah I figured I'd buy a 4 bar map sensor and do a speed density tune next time around

It's just a precision 6266 single scroll turbo t3 fitting

No issues what so ever. I usually only rev it out to maybe 7.5k and that's rare if I do that. Most of the time just to redline and I'm good

Yeah you'll definitely like it better for drivability.
