Mitsubishiparts.net

DO NOT do business with these guys. Ordered a jdm rear bumper a little over 4 weeks ago. I received the rear bumper damaged. Called and emailed them the day I got it and was advised to take it to my body shop to be repaired and that they can not take it back. Now why would I want to repair a brand new $600+ bumper? But okay I'll jump through there hoops. Body shop advised me that the bumper can not be repaired and that I will have to order a new one. Contact them again after two day straight calling, and talking to " real number" 20 different people I receive a email saying there is nothing they can do. So I called agin! I was accused of creating a fake invoice from my body shop, accused of lying about the damage and there telling me that the bumper has been painted and installed already in the car so nothing they can do. Customer service is horrible! The say all there bumper come in black unpainted but the one I recover is gray unpainted plastic. I highly highly recommend not even dealing with these guys. Now Iam having to take the legal route.
I will attach photos of emails and photos of the bumper when I get home to my laptop.

There a dealership Corporation "Bruce Titus." They own three different dealerships that I know of, one of them being a Mitsubishi dealership where they have a online store they sell parts off of. So with talking to them I did get transferred between parts managers, dealership managers, online sales managers, and corporate managers. Iam not kidding when I say 20 different people. I have a list of every single person I have talked.

I don't know the specifics, but the person you should have been talking to is RussellM who runs mitsubishiparts.net

Bruce Titus is a large dealer network, but there's a difference betweeen talking to Bruce Titus and talking to Mitsubishiparts.net

Either way I'm sure the story will get straightened out and things will be taken care of one way or another

Talked to Russell and he is the one accusing me of lieing and making a fake invoice. Now not sure where the invoice thing is coming from. Body shop sends me a invoice to send to them. I send it. They clame to have talked to body shop and body shop says they didn't send invoice.. Blah blah blah Iam sure that's a misunderstanding. The problem is the damaged bumper that there not wanting to exchange or take responsibility for.

I don't get any response back from emails, but the last order I ordered I received the parts next day (considering I live very close). All my emails about JDM rear never get responded though.

I have had similar experiences with part inquiries which led me to purchase through a local dealer.
