Windshield wiper cowl clips

Windshield wiper cowl clips
Hi everyone, was removing my wiper arms and cowl to repaint them because they're faded and it appears most of the cowl clips are broken. I can't seem to find these to replace them, any suggestions? Not on ebay, Googled it, checked extremepsi.. is this a dealer only item? Possibly ask someone parting a car out?
