I just ordered all kinds of things for the Evo thru them. All the ppl I dealt with were great. Especially Melanie Peterson. I contacted her so much trying to get some of my tracking fixed and orders cancelled and changed. Best car experience I have encountered

I've had good experiences. Back in the day I owned one of their turbos, and had one die on me. Twice. The second time was after they stop selling them, but they still worked with me to hash out a settlement. It was a pleasant experience. For the most part, I have bad experiences with vendors these days, this was an exception. LOL

You think its funny, but when I order a small part and your company decides to ship it "best method" and it takes an entire week to ship from a state away, I find that unbearable when I could order it from extremepsi and have it here in a guaranteed 2 days.

Ohhhhhhhh believe me when I say shipping is a small bit of contention for me as well. I do not like having to manually get quotes on every single item I ship, and then have some randomizer for the carrier.

The plan is to roll out an online live shipping quote module in which no expedited, or otherwise shipping pricing would have to be done and the processing time would be dropped further mainly.

Sorry for any delays caused by shipping and I assure you this is something that has been brought to our attention in the last several meetings.

Also on that note, we will be shifting our hours earlier in the day from 8-5 as we want a jump start on orders placed from the previous night, and, to help shipping outbound cutoffs.

Thank you for the feedback!

Nice to hear that someone is actually paying attention.

Needless to say, my satisfaction has been less then par. I've ordered thousands of dollars worth of parts from multiple vendors throughout the last 12 years. The only company I ever run into problems with is map. I thought I would give it one last try after I saw this thread....Needless to say, I was disappointed yet again. Once my last order comes through I plan to permanently take my business elsewhere.

I'm very sorry to hear your issues. If I may ask, could you PM your information so I may look further into your order? I would like to learn from it and see what can be done about it.

Yeah I can.
This was more or less my last straw because it involves missing a track day over my vacation due to your shipping methods.
Again, I blame myself for thinking it would get here in a reasonable time. I should have known from past experiences.

Thank you, I look forward to working on it. And I can certainly understand the frustration of that and the disappointment through a repeated issue. Thank you for your feedback!

Nothing but the best to say about MAP. Their prices and staff are great. Thanks for the DBA rotors and Forodo Pads. If only I could get my hands on another set of DBA4000xs rotors for the front of my Evo as the US has been waiting on an order of them for months now. =(

Continuing to improve is what keeps you ahead of the competition.

One function I have seen on another parts site (which shall remain nameless) that I liked, was that if you did not see a particular part on the website, you could email them and they would add it to the site. This made ordering it from that moment forward easy, for all potential future customers. This way the parts catalog continues to grow.

Second to shipping, I do find it irritating that there are hundreds of thousands of part numbers that are not on the website that I can sell. Though with a small web team and a web format that is tricky to man handle into the coupon code friendly and integrated application based website, it is slow to grow. If you do see something you need. email me directly aneujahr@maperformance.com and I will send it to my web team to add. Thanks for the pointer. I think we should add something like this as well.
