My experience with MAPerformance

Hello, first and foremost, I would like to say that I am by no means a part of the company, and am not going to sugar coat anything, Just sharing my experience.

I have ordered tons of stuff from MAP, from bolts to my 2.3 stroker kit which i just ordered, and I want to say, this is THE BESTplace to buy from hands down. They Will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied, and this has been proven to me time and time again.

I wanted to upgrade my order with this kit and change some things around, Ian and Nate helped me out and got my order sorted out in no time, great customer service, can't stress that enough, plus, these guys know what their selling, if you have any questions, just ask they love helping.

Oh.. And their order comfirmation email is epic LOL.

Yep! In my experience MAP cannot be beaten on a combination of service and price. They're really awesome guys and they'll definitely go the extra mile for you. To make it even better, there are always coupon codes floating around too!

I agree! MAP has always been super informative, and helpful, and as mentioned above, the prices and coupon codes are the icing on the cake!

I haven't dealt with these guys much, but one time I ordered some random stuff from them and a 2 bolt flange exhaust gasket was missing. I shot them an e-mail, and without question or hesitation a new one was on the way. Great service! Thanks!

I ordered from them a few days ago for my bronze guides and new seat seals. They are great and I'll be dealing with them for more stuff.

One thing that I love and take advantage of from their website is the ticket system, I always get resolution when working with their support and the system is nice to use compared to other vendors.

Always helpful

This is actually very interesting to hear for me. I receive very little feedback on the topic and has been a major behind the scenes project to transfer fluidly and nicely into our new sales system with integration like never before. I'm extremely happy to hear this and that the man hours were worth it. I hope soon, the response times will continue to drop, and that the ease of use grows. Then again hopefully you don't need to use it much
