Anyone know what this bolt is does it even go to an evo ?

So out doing some spirited pulls showing my brother my new to me evo and we here a clank and pull over and find this bolt on the ground now I'm not sure if we kicked it up or if it came off the car we jacked it up and looked over everything we could and didn't see anything anyone ever seen this bolt before..
It's kind of weird like its stepped on the shank part of it

Another shot of said bolt
Ps I think we checked all the bell housing bolts and they are all there now that I think of it could it be a motor mount bolt I have the torque solutions motor mounts but I don't think it's one of those the car drives and pulls the same as always nothing different about it

Could be a subframe bolt as well. Check your car out on a lift just to be on the safe side

I would like to point out I drive the car today and still feels exactly the same I just got the car a few days ago I wonder if it was just sitting in something in my engine bay and it finally rolled off or whatever me and my brother are going to get back under it today and look over everything again.
Does it look like a transfer case bolt by chance ?

TC bolts are a lot smaller than that does it have a shoulder on the bolt? Does the end come to a point?

No point on the end of it we got the car lifted up today and can't find anything it could of come from the only weird thing about it is that when we flipped a u turn and went back and found it the bolt was warm that's what led us to believe it fell out of my engine bay or came off of the car somewhere..
But we have checked all subframe bolts found a image of all of our sub frame bolts and this doesn't match any of them has me kind of stumped

Was it warm or hot? Bolts in an engine bay get hot, blots sitting in the sun get warm.

It has a thinner, machined spot above the threads? I'd say a head bolt. Does your engine have head studs?

It probably would have been dropped into the engine bay during a head stud install.

I tried to post a pic, but the mobile site is being buggy.
