Cam Shaft Seal Install?

I am trying to figure out if there are any easier ways to install the cam seals on the EVO 8 besides take the timing belt off and resetting the timing?

Possibly holding the timing belt with crimps, but then I can imagine that the slack being taken up with force the belt back down. I am sue ill have to just take the belt off etc and retime the engine, but I was not sure if there was possibly a better way.

MI! Where abouts?
Zip tie the timing belt to the gears. Take tension off the tensioner. Remove cam bolts. Move parts away from head. Take out cams. Fairly easy.
If you're close I can help out. I have all the toolings for timing, etc. And for the amount of times I did a timing job, I can probably do it blind if I had to.

^^ that. Zip ties and the tensioner tool are all you need. Well and some hand tools. There is a video floating around on youtube on how to swap the cams without re-timing the engine. Basically the same thing you need to do to change the seals.
