Hey guys I have 2 questions for everyone. First off the hobbs switch. I disconnected it and I am trying to figure out if the wires are supposed to connect to the switch a certain way. I looked at the male ends of the switch and one of them has a "P" and one of them has an "I". Which wire goes to which male end.

Second question is how do I go about installing a light to illuminate when the second pump kicks in. I cant find anywhere stating how to do it. Thanks guys.

 

2.Just wire a test light onto the output terminal of the Hobbes switch. It'll lightup when the switch closes creating a circuit.

 

Which one would be considered the output terminal? It has two terminals on it.

 

You have only 2 terminals or 3?
#1 NC ( normally closed )
#2 NO ( normally open )
#3 just has a "O" there?

 

Just like the one in the picture. One wire coming from pump and connecting to hobb switch and one wire coming from hobb switch to battery. Those are the only two connections that I have on the switch itself other than the vaccum end.
