My Evo 9 stock turbo boost inconsistent

So I don't believe my car has done this till recently I have a full bolt on Evo 9 with cams ect. Stock turbo MBC and 1000cc injectors.

93 tune When I go wot I get boost hitting 1.5 bars then falling down to 1.1 then at redline it hits 1.5 again but the midrange I can feel the boost falling off and power dropping. Also I should mention my tune on 93 is suppose to be 24-25psi so it's 2-3 pounds off the peak boost numbers

Any ideas. Car has a dual map tune one for 93 and one for E85

Does it do the same on E85 if it does then you know it's a mechanical problem if it doesn't then it's a tune issue

I haven't ran E85 yet since I noticed the problem. I'm also have a problem with my AFR being a little inconsistent.

I will have to try out E85 when I can get my hands on some

Have you done a boost leak test? If not, do a boost leak test.

Yes a boost leak test would be the first thing check all lines by the fpr around the intake and IC couplers
