English Racing, Buschur, MAP..etc all make good motors. Really no "best" just buy quality parts and have a reputable shop assemble the enigne. Is this a race motor? Is that why you're after alum rods?

Somebody on here actually used CAD to CNC a 4g63 motor out of a block of raw aluminum and sleeved it for strength.
