This is my car:


Its primarily a circuit racing car but I took it to the drags last weekend for a bit of a laugh, really did struggle to get it off the line though as its just lighting up the front tyre, it has an OS Giken LSD in the front but its quite old and needs a reshim

My actual question is, do you guys that launch cars hard at the drags have issues with it not sending enough drive to the rear when running an active centre diff?

Is mine doing what it should be doing?

It's a 50/50 split. ACD does not transfer more power to the front or rear.

 

It is limited to 50/50 but with a flash it will lock up the center diff faster then a stock program. I've launched my car a handful of times and there is an improvement with the flash.
If your car has an ACD you should have it reflashed with a better program, it transforms the car for driving around/roadcourse/autox.

There are alot of video's online of evo's launching and the front tires are spinning faster then the rears.

 

Mine is reflashed but it was done in japan many years ago...maybe time for an update!
