Need advice on cams

im going to be running a pte 6466 turbo and need advice on what the best cams would be. Been looking at gsc s2 but am unsure. Any advice is appritiated

need to know a lot more about the build than just the turbo to recommend cams...

Now that we know your turbo, answer these questions:

What is your motor displacement, built or stock head, if built what parts? Drag or track, what will be your rev limit? Evo 8 or 9? Mivec head ?

2.3 stock head right now, will be adding springs and retainers with cams, street car, 8k, 9 mivec

I'd sell you my cosworth M3's but honestly those are much better for a lower displacement and high reving engine.


I would look into GSC S3 or GSC R2 if you have the proper valve seal clearances. In either case you will have to upgrade your valves, valve springs, and retainers.

Stick with the new billet cams as they are stronger than their cast counterparts and offer greater reliability, especially for the Mivec cam.
