I arrived home from work yesterday. I went back out to run an errand and my driving lights were on. when I got in the ac fan was running. I disconnected the battery to reset computer. It still comes back on after a few minutes. if I turn the ignition on to ac and off the fan comes on at a higher setting. Anyone ever experience this?

 

Ac condenser fan or Blower motor?

Sounds like a sticky relay or a short. Or a main connector with corrosion

 

Pull the AC clutch relay out. They short out all the time, back feed the blower relay turning the fan on retained power, preventing headlights from turning off.
If it stops, you can confirm by putting your horn relay in there temporarily and verify all is good, then get a new clutch relay.
