Im still bothered by the +10 offset. This assembly sticks out a whopping 1.60" from stock

OP seems okay with it. Stock is super conservative, so it's not as dramatic as it sounds., anyway.
It looks fine.

ok thanks but won't it push it back up when the liner is cold? I only need few mm clearance as only rubs when full lock on passenger side.

And it's only rubbing the back part of the liner, the front part have lots of clearance

you can use an offset bushing (perrin, whiteline, superpro) to move the wheel forward a bit

is it the caster bushing kit? Can I just do a wheel alignment and ask them to set it up? Because I haven't do wheel alignment yet, will it solve the problem if I do a proper wheel alignment and set everything right?(camber, caster) I see other people in this forum using the same set up wheels with no rubbing liner issue. Don't know why mine car rubs

I have a PSRS and now my tires absolutely destroy my liners. The front of them are almost gone. Made it worse. That is with caster added at the top. It wasn't near as bad before.

If you don't hold it in place while it cools, maybe.

okay thanks, so what wheel spec is prefect for evo 9? I don't want any spacers, or fender mods but I still want the flush look.

Wheel design is a factor, that's why your rpf needs a spacer. That makes it hard to say a certain spec will or will not fit.
