I mean seriously, 65K
Look I just wanted to know if anyone else found this to be, beyond ridiculous. Hopefully the link to cars.com posted, but if it didn't there's a guy asking 65,000 dollars for his 2003 evolution that's got like 42,000 thousand miles, sure it's got low miles, and the guy claims to have invested 100K into the car, the interior looks like he used rattle can paint you'd buy from a hardware store. I have no desire to sell my evo personally, however I've been asked personally what's my can't refuse number and I've said it before, if someones nuts enough to give me 35K for my car, I'd more then likely let it go, but this guy thinks asking for 65K isn't crazy.

All I'm saying is a majority of the evo's that are selling are all ranging from 25-35K, 65k is crazy, what you guys think?

lmao
All that ad needs are some more famous craigslist catchphrases like "I know what I've got" and "this isn't my first rodeo". I always find it amusing that the people with the most delusional pricing are quite often the ones with the very least value in their vehicle. I'd love to see under the hood.

no the guy really wants 65K not 15K, yeah I know the link only shows 1 pic but he only had 5 total pics, I was like, damm if your going to ask for a ridiculous amount at least have the max amount of pics/engine bay and every angle possible. And one hell of an explanation, unbelievable but yeah its very laughable.

There was a local seller who was asking $40k for his Evo. His craigslist ad had no photos and went something like yada yada yada serious offers only too much to list. Yeah that'll sell quick.
As for this "$65k" example, he supposedly spent $100k on his car and the highlights of his Evo are a $400 aftermarket stereo and an ugly faux red CF wrapped interior.

Well if the wife told me that I had to put mine up for sale I would just post and add stating 65-70k. If someone really wants to pay that sure I'd take that, other wise it would just be a don't know dear I have it listed for sale doesn't seem to be much interest.
