Tps ground

Im having problems with my tps voltage always at low input no matter how many times i adjust it to 13.33 it doesnt stay there and always drops to 3-4% the next day, im wondering if this is a ground issue? So, i have seen somewhere that the tps ground wire( black wire) runs through different other sensors also, so my question is can i run a ground wire directly to the battery and does the tps ground signal come from the ecu or directly from the battery? Im just trying to figure out the problem by process of elimation. Thanks

Is this a new sensor? Stock throttle? Have you tried adjusting passed 13.3? Try 14.x. i think you can go as high as 16 before it leaves idle.

New oem sensor, stock throttle, the tps is already all the way up and at times it wont make it to 13%, sometimes it will so when i get to lock in the setting, after a day or two cel would come back on P0122, upon checking the tps reading would be at 2-4%

Still having problems.... Cel was on this morning i checked the tps reading it was at 3.9% drove it for like 30 mins got home checked the tps reading once again it now sits at 12.5%, it never stays at 12-13% it always drops during the first start in the morning, how can i check ifs a ground issue? Can i hardwire the ground wire directly to the negative and see if it still acts erratic? Thanks for the help
