Evo IX issues

What's up my fellow evo enthusiasts so here is the issue that I am currently having I sometimes get a slight hesitation while cruising. This happens while getting up to cruising speed and while at 50mph I also notice my afr jumping around 12-16 and while this is happening the car is super jittery and when I'm cruising at 70 mph and I let off the gas it's almost as if I'm slightly get on and off the gas and my afr gauge starts reading while this is happening. At wot my afr are perfect 10.80 to 11.15. The car has this issue some days but other days it runs perfect no hesitation nor bog

Heres what the car has done:
2.4 buschur LR
buschur stage 3 head
FP Black BB
ID2000 injectors
buschur double pumper
stock Ecu
ams fuel rail
ported intake and exhaust manifold
still on maf will be switching to speed density soon

Im sure I'm missing some things I've put new plugs and gaped them spoke with a shop in my area and he said could be a charging issue so I checked voltage ant the battery with the car off I get 12.7 car on I get 13.8-14.0 volts checked all my ground wires and they all seem good. I'm really scratching my head here thought I could get some input see what you guys think.

Perhaps logging via EvoScan or similar to find more information about your problem. You may also want to pressure test the intake system (boost leak test/BLT).

What psi did you pressure test the intake to?
