Congrats! Nice looking car as well! There are a lot of us who consider our Evo to be our dream car, or at least one of them... Enjoy it!

Thanks guys! I'm hurting right now tho....I don't get my full license for another 3 weeks so can't even legally drive it until then! Couldn't help myself to take it around the block a couple of times tho....and damn it feels nice, I cannot wait.

Those damn P plates haha. Don't worry, since moving to the US I have the driving record of a 4 year old....being none! Insurance premiums were a little tough to swallow even on my daily beater! Have the Evo listed as pleasure so doesn't cost me an arm and a leg - not that it wont in the future with upgrades and repairs

I say spend these 3 weeks detailing the sh*t out of it! Clean ever crevice and carpet thoroughly and even give the engine bay a good wipe down.

yeah that is probably going to be the plan man!
the diff bushes on the car are torn as well, and minor air leak through shaft of throttle body...so will probably do my best to get it to the mechanic and get that sorted within the 3 weeks as well, other than that just a couple of minor things like fluids being topped that can be done....I was advised after inspection to not let this car go...it really is in mint condition mechanically.

Mate! Congrats, very happy it all checked out and you were happy to pull the trigger. The X GSR Rims IMO are the perfect fitment for daily duties on a CT9A, great looking rims. I use the same rims for daily duties on my VIII.

Nice! (love the driveway BTW). Treat the car with respect and it'll last you a long time.
