Moving to Costa Rica what to do with the evo.

So I finally said let's do it moving the family to Costa Rica. However I have to deal with the evo. It has been a fantastic part of my last 7 years but it seems that now I will need to part ways.

I would love to sell it whole but I have this feeling I will need to part it.

Here is where I am moving

Any reason you can't take it?

79% import tax, no ethanol, and the most ****ed up roads ever.

It would cost me 10k in taxes just to bring it into the country. I was like WTF.

We just put our house up for sale, so now it is time to deal with the rest of the stuff. Our scheduled move in date is Jan 1 2018. Have our signed lease, and just doing all the immigration paperwork.

Wow man, that sucks.

I would think you could get a decent price for that car whole.

Part it out, you will make a lot more money than selling it as is. There is a great buy and sell forum here where you can get rid of your parts quite easily. Also if you do sell your evo the market is great now and you should be getting a pretty penny for it.

Do you plan to spend the rest of your life in Costa Rica? If answer is no, store it.
