Steering angle sensor calibration???

Hi guys,

I have 3 lights on of the acd in my evo. I have checked and get me the code fail 31 - Steering sensor open.
Last week I remove the complete steering column and installed a new steering wheel, and although I was careful with the airbag sensor, I did not pay attention to the steering angle sensor.

I'd like to set it to zero, but in the evoscan there is no option to do so.

Does anyone know how it is calibrated to zero with straight wheels?

I may not be 100% on target w/this but from what i read the calibration has to do w/the clock spring orientation (see images)

An open generally means you forgot to plug it in.

Ok perfect, thanks guys

I will review the sensor and the wiring, and i will adjust the clock spring. If I see that the problem is not solved,i will change the angle sensor of the steering wheel because I have another for replacement.
