Help me revive the Phenix!

Hi everyone! I'm pretty new around here so please excuse me in advance if this should be posted somewhere else!
I have an 06 Evo 9 GSR that was hit from both front and rear that I'm trying to resuscitate with my own hands. I don't have many tools or even a proper garage because I haven't lived in the US for too long, so I had to rent a small garage for storing it and that's where I work on it.
I havr been slowly assessing the damage (I started by taking the front apart) and the first things that needed to be addressed were a new radiator and a new intercooler to be able to make it start again. I bought those yesterday and today (i had been waiting for my paycheck to do that xD)
The next thing I need to buy is a front crash bar, the one that goes behind the bumper. But I'm having a hard time finding a street legal aftermarket one or even a used one!

I'm pretty new to this so I welcome any advice you guys can give me.

I'll post pictures of my poor baby soon.

Thanks for your answers right away!

Welcome aboard. Great to have you join us

Regarding the front / rear crash beam, some guys dont run them due to large intercoolers or they just dont like the added weight. They dont have them on the EvO in Europe. I run mine, both front & rear

You can find them in the For Sale section from time to time

And yes, lets see those pics!

Thanks for the welcome bro! I'm just concerned about what is going to happen when I get the car inspected. Am I going to pass the inspection if I don't have that installed at all? Besides, don't you need that bar to be able to properly install the bumper? (I took it apart a couple of weeks ago, so I don't remember well if it had any attachment points to the bar)
Also.. I'm not really excited about dieing if I ever get on an accident xD I'm gonna be dayling this baby when its ready!

Dont think there are bumper cover attachments directly to the crash beam. I understand about safety & thats why I still run mine. (Many do not & as noted, They dont in Europe)

Somehow doubt they would find that on an inspection (i could be wrong) as it is hidden behind the bumper cover to some extent
