Best SD rom for USDM evo 9

Hi guys..

I want to know which is the best SD rom for USDM evo 9
with complete tables of ISCV disassembly and Idle tables.

- The rom available in SD 2.0 thread doesnt have different map sensor scalings as in other evo 8 roms.
- Target Idle tables

Any explanation for this ?

Yep 8859- so after alot of searching and help from a few friends I made the xml updated.
There were a few incorrect addresses and scalings.

- startup fuel
- fuel pump control
- wideband o2 for CL instead of oem oxygen sensor (needs testing)

i added the wideband closed loop tables from mrfred but i never ended up using that rom. i have had really good luck running full open loop.
my startup fuel took a long time and a broken starter to get right. i have lsx coils that are extremely hot so i had to reduce dwell and fuel to keep it from kicking back. its still a little finicky starting once in a while but its a race car, right?

Curious about your lsx coils. Are you running a CDI along with the lsx coils or is it just a straight COP setup without CDI?

ls truck coils (D585) are smart coils, you cant run cdi with them.
they are extremely hot coils, so much so that they erode the electrodes off iridium plugs and i have to periodically reset the gap.
the stock ecm can control them directly, if you make a harness to adapt to the stock wiring they work fine, you just need to lower your dwell tables appropriately.

from http://www.megamanual.com/seq/coils.htm
On the LS1 coil there is around 40 milliamps of peak secondary current with 5 milliseconds of dwell time. On the LS2/truck coil (AC Delco D585), there is 120 milliamps!

Thanks for the info. Do you have any pictures of how you mounted your coils?
