I used Bushur Racing's... both for the shift linkage and for the ones inside that you are referring too. They made my selector slightly more stiff and made going into gears more crisp over OEM and my OEM were in excellent condition.

I would skip it, just replace the under hood shifter bushings. And yes I do have these, shifting felt more notchy with the base bushings in, but when I had only the under hood bushings

They make a small difference.. I would spend money elsewhere unless your shifter(base and all) has an extreme amount of play.

As the car ages an upgrade like this is more noticeable due to the OEM bushings just aging. I did both these and the under-hood at different times. The base ones were more noticeable than the under-hood ones
