New Issue Came Up Today - Starting issue

Hey guys,

New issue today, car was running fine a week ago, tried to start her up today and this is what happened,

Car cranks and turns on but idles low at around 950-1000 for a minute or two, shuts off and then doesn't start up; the car cranks and small pop but doesn't turn on at that point I stop cranking; if I give the car gas it will turn on but have to hold the gas for it to hold idle if i let go it will turn off

Lastly, after a 5 minute break of frustration, I crank the car and it will start for a minute and then shut off again and repeat with the same issue.

**Did not experience this issue last week and the car came home and parked fine

Relevant mods:
2.3 Stroker, 6466 gen 2, STM Triple Pumper, AEM Infinity, AEM Flex Fuel Sensor, Bosch 2200 CC Injectors, Brand new battery.

Today started the car up and it started right up idled with vacuum and warmed up quickly, as soon as I closed the hood the car read 0 vacuum and slowly shut off, usually get 0-6 vacuum on start and 6-10 on warm, could this be a sensor issue that gets hot resulting in no vacuum?

Does the car have a exhaust on it? Or any huge exhaust leaks?

I have a bumper exit exhaust which has been on for months, no exhaust leaks, I think it might be the cam sensor I ll check it out tomorrow, Im starting to lean towards a connection issue of some sort, the fuel pumps are also fine

Oh ok i have experienced a similar issue but the car had no exhaust and as soon as o closed hood it would choke its self with all the fumes.

Narrowed it down to my cam position sensor, I played around with and the car started right up again; the harness just slips right off so I ordered a sensor for peace of mind but I was also looking to replace the harness, do you know where I can get one by any chance?

Maybe I remember wrong, but isn't it part of the entire engine harness?

Best off finding either a pigtail, or a connector and repining it yourself.

Or ziptie that *****, this would be my choice.

Hey Project Broke, I looked at my sensor and the sensor itself has a broken clip which lets the harness slide off, regardless I ordered a pigtail to have on the side if the connection still sucks

Thanks
