Hi I'm new to this evo game I just purchased a jdm evo 8 I was driving last night goin round a roundabout low speed the car just died no splutterin no noises nothin I tried bumpin again as I was Rollin but still nothin embarrassment central it was on a high street the car would turn over but not fire ive been out to it today still no difference batteries fine all the fuses look fine any help please it's confusing

 

Where are you located? Is the JDM 8 an import? Have you had it tuned for your local fuel?

Located in Birmingham I brought it from an import place they changed all the clocks and changed everything apparently it's been dunno fine no problem til last night it just died n won't start agai I've checked the fuses they are all gud can't hear the fuel pump tho

 

Its already been stated, but check if you're getting fuel. You mentioned you checked your fuses, so i'm assuming you would have checked the fuses associated with your pump. However, its easy enough to pull the rear seat and check if the pump is getting power and if its turning on.

 

Yeah I've checked all the fuses they look fine I've moved relays around to see if that made a difference ive got tge seats up and the panel up i can't hear anything from the fuel pump at all

 

Any check engine lights?

Double check fuse 8 engine control.
