Blitz-SBC-i-D - EVO TME

Hi guys,

I have just purchased an EVO TME, and it has a Blitz boost controller. The reading on it seems correct in terms of boost and vacuum, but setting a 17psi boost on ch4 doesnt work. It still boosts 20psi. Whatever I do I cannot lower the boost, and this is my goal, to have one channel which is low boost 17psi and then one channel with 20psi.
Any suggestions?

Mark

do you have the manual? http://www.mkivsupraownersclub.com/R...D%20manual.pdf
Make sure it's all connected and set up properly as shown.

Check that all your lines are intact and that your wastegate actuator is functioning properly. Is it stock? they can rust and get suck.
Once you've got all that sorted and no boost leaks, switch it to manual mode and set it low. Do some test runs and work your way up on the manual mode until you have the boost you want.

If that doesn't solve it, read up on "overboost" "boost creep" and take a closer look at your actuator and wastegate.

Or just remove the blitz boost controller and go with a manual boost controller. Might be a good idea to get the car retuned too.

Ok, looks like the actuator I run is a 1.2 bar actuator, so that means that I cannot lower the boost under 1.2 bar. I can only go up. I really wanted to run 1bar, on one channel, 1.2 on ch 2, and 1.4 on ch3. But all good.

Cheers for your help guys.
