cold start nightmare

long story short i replaced the TB, including all the seals with new gaskets and newish iacv. put a new battery in the car, replaced the alternator, and did a boost leak test to 30psi with zero leaks. and still have a cold start issue. on first start it idles at 2000 rpm and dips to 1700 then back up to 2000 until fully warm then it goes back to normal. if i drive before its completely warm the idle will fluctuate from 1000 rpm to 1500 until warm. i am completely out of ideas of what could be wrong.

Have you adjusted the BISS screw in the TB? That or check around the IAC Sensor?

I second the coolant issue.

Bleed it, if it still does it.

Check to make sure the IACV is operating

Did you clean the sealant (black, dirty-looking stuff) off the inside of the TB by mistake?

i bleed the system and still have the issue, the icav valve is working the way its suppose to so i dont know what else it could be, im thinking about just draining the whole coolant system and starting over to see that helps.

no i made a point not to, i cleaned the center but nothing around the edges so no air would leak

All vacuum lines are connected? Sorry to ask such elementary questions, but I always start with the basics, otherwise I tend to overthink the problem LOL
