well im an hour north of Sacramento so it gets retardedly hot in the summer then usally in the 50s during the winter dipping in the 30s at night. my tuner and i have been working close to try and figure it and we ran out of ideas which is why im here.

 

ISCV tables would be where I would start. Drop the values down in the lower temps, say everything under the 122 row, remove 8 units and start there.
