I have a 2003 VIII I bought new, now has 70K on the odo. Need to get an ignition switch & some other parts. What is THE BEST/CHEAPEST parts source out there?

Find someone parting out an Evo. That will be your cheapest source for parts typically.

Thanks, I'm looking for things like an ignition switch (not the lock, just the switch), so new's probably the way to go.

No problem. It might be worth checking STM pricing vs. ExtremePSI.com, and Amazon as well.

I got an ignition switch from Advance Auto and its worked perfectly for two years now. My advice when buying there is look over the shoulder of the counter clerk because they often have several or many different quality grades with varying prices and buying at the bottom is risky. That and open the box before handing over your money.
