Okay, Ive heard a lot of talk from a lot of different people. I just want to know one thing. Which Evo is coming out in January, the Evo VII or the Evo VIII? If its the Evo VIII can somebody post some links to see some pictures of it?

think its the evo 7s. i heavent even heard any specs or such about the 8. so im guessing that evo 8 will be out later

 

The US is getting the Evo 8. Mitsubishi is done producing the Evo 7, and has been for a while now. The only way you can get the Evo 7 in the US is to get one through Evolution Imports.

 

If is done producing evo 7's...where is EI getting their 7's from? I mean eventually they'll run out of them right?

 

This is what it reads on the EI website, and I qoute:
"The Lancer Evo VII RS and RS-II were made in left hand drive by Mitsubsishi. We will only be importing the RS and RS-II models to keep all cars in left hand drive form at no additional cost to the consumer."

I'm pretty sure that we will be getting the VIII. After all, wouldn't have announced it at the Las Vegas Auto Show where it presented the actual Evolution VIII for its US release sometime first quarter of next year!

 

From looking at the pictures posted of the EI Evo 7's it looks like they came from Global Performance. And yes I do believe that eventually they'll run out of them.

 

Yes they'll run out. Hell, in some parts of Europe there are still a few Evo 6's left waiting to be sold
