Heres a video of the backside of the crank, something is definitely slipping, but how would I go about swapping this and price for new piece?

Is it this cable winding drum that is making that noise?

Heres the parts break down. The full regulator assy is avail to purchase

So even having this picture, it took me quite a while to find the correct part number to have what i'm going to call the spindle that attaches to the window crank. Correct part number is MR991315. Guess I'll be getting that soonish
