Buying car from Texas to California

hey guys, im buying 2006 Evo 9 from texas and will be transported to California.

The hood emission sticker info is saying

Conforms to:
US EPA - T2B5 - OBD II - Fuel Gasoline
California LEV II PC - OBD II - Fuel Gasoline

Am i good to transfer it to California as long will pass emission in California?

(its all OBII checking now) (sniffer is gone for our years) As long as the proper monitors are on/active & all the visuals are there (CAT, intake etc) you should be OK

Been messing w/emissions on my EvO for the last 6 years & really hate it. Definitely considering getting it registered in Montana under an LLC & going that route
