CA Evo 8 Build
Hello,
I am planning to set my Evo up for a beefed up Daily Driver with a conservative tune for the 400-430 hp range on E85.
Here is what I got so far
Installed
Megan Downpipe
Catback Exhaust
MAP Intake
What I have to install
Ported OEM Manifold
Ported HTA71 Turbo
MAP Hood O2 Dump
Test pipe
Grimspeed 3 port BC
AEM Wideband
Walbro 255
FIC 1220 cc injectors
http://fuelinjectorclinic.com/mitsub...1-9/IS126-1220
GSC S2 Cams
ACT XT Clutch Kit
ACT Streetlite Flywheel
ARP Flywheel Bolt
All new exhaust gaskets, new rear main seal when replacing clutch. New O-rings for injectors.
Is there anything else I am going to need or should purchase? Doing all of these after I replace my clutch and flywheel. Cars been down for a couple weeks after clutch went out, also bought redline cocktail for tranny flush and diaqueen for trasnfer case\Diff.

Thank you, just making sure because it’s very easy to get carried away sometimes when everything is apart/down.

Personally, I'd orefer HFC over test pipe. But it costs 10-15 whp to be environmentally friendlier. Lol
How are you planning to port your manifold and turbine housing? What about intercooler and pipes (especially the lower intercooler pipe)?
Also, don't forget to upgrade valve springs and retainers with S2 cams.

I would add an evo x map sensor, so you can log and control boost directly through the stock ecu. An omni 4-bar is also an option but with your goals you shouldn't need it. Also +1 on at least a Lower intercooler pipe, the stocker is very restrictive.

Injen LICP is pretty restrictive. Might want to pickup an ETS or something different. I did and was surprised at how tiny one of the bends is compared to the ETS one. Stoked to see your results, I've got a similar setup I'm putting together soon! But I'll be on stock cams. How much boost do you plan on running?
