Brake light on?
Let me clarify before someone calls me a retard.
The lightcomes on not only when the Emergency brake is engaged but when the Brake fluid is low.
When your pads are near the end of there life, it takes much more fluid to fill the pistons in the caliper to bring the thin pad near the disc. It probably come one when you brake right? and then goes away whe you start driving? This will get worse until it just stays on.
If you have the stock pads you probably hear squealing from the brakes as the little metal low pad warning thingy is warning you as well.
