ECM Failure when trying to flash ECU
So recently I was trying to flash my ecu and add my tune in my 2003 Evo 8, using ECUFlash, but when I’m trying to get into it I get a ecm failure, it’s a brand new ecu, so my question is how do I fix this issue?
