Evo 8 idling higher in the cold

Hello

I have a 2003 Evo 8 2.0L fully built. Im in southern GA atm so the weather jist started to cool off. Ive had a whole shopping list of issues with this car since I got it but have finally got ot solid enough to consistently drive it....for now. Idle'd fine but. I needed to adjust its idle a touch. No big deal. Found out my biss screw had been so stripped out it looked like a cavitated tooth. Of course the o ring was gone and thus was tuned with a vacuum leak. Replaced the screw and o ring. Runs fine. Drives fine. The AFRs just arent as pegged as usual. Runs back and forth between low 13s to low 15s. Fine. again. No big deal. The tune is a little off but for all intensive purposed drives and idles fine. .....

As the weather has finally started to cool off my idle has consistently started to go up to about 1500-1600rpm. My question is. Is this something due to the tune and weather? I checked all my vacuums. Found nothing. I wanna find the issue if there is an issue. If not ill just adjust the idle. TIA for any input.

Yup. O2 when running correctly reads a solid .9v-1.0v. Now its reading everytging from .4-.94,, .94 being the least common value. Now my AFR runs super rich again. Like 10-13. Im waiting for the p103 code to throw again to know for sure. I wrote this up before the symptoms started getting worse and more informative.

the iacv valve has a coolant temp table... but this is mostly for start up and during warming up.

if you car is running that rich all the time.... probably tune.
