Oil leak help!

Hi guys, i recently bought an evo with 180k miles for 8k. It had fantastic compression so i wasnt worried but i recently found an oil leak on the back right of the engine. Ive attached photos. The compression was between 175-190 so i thought it might have had a new engine but this leak scares me quite a bit. Perhaps gunk in the cylinders is making the comp higher. Also, the spark plugs look fairly worn out. The car has an hfc and i constantly get a p0420 code that I thought was from that but perhaps not. Any advice im new to this.

Looks like a valve cover gasket leak. I'm guessing the boost pushes the oil out of the gasket and that is why you see it on top of the bolt. I would also change out the spark plug gaskets and plugs if they are worn out. In fact change out all the fluid to start fresh on the maintenace cycle.

pull valve cover.
inspect for cracks.
clean everything up.
if no cracks, put back together with new gaskets.

do not overtighten valve cover bolts... will crack the valve cover.
