Evo 8 shutting off while driving

Evo 8 shutting off while driving

I have 1000cc injectors 255 walbro fuel pump stock fuel regulator I have the p0172 bank 1 system too rich is the only code I have I have a video when it shuts off it cranks u can hear everything working once is off for 5-10 mins it turns back in and drives for another 5-10 mins also it has hesitation and low rpm 2-4K like bogging

Wouldn't hurt to post the video.

But it sounds like a Cam or Crank sensor.

cam and/or crank sensor probably wouldn't let it start in the first place i think.

If it was completely gone, sure.

Intermittent failure due to heat is fairly common.

i figured out the problem if anyone is having the similar problem with a Stand Alone SD intake it was my 4 bar map sensor drove the car all week no problem i have picture of the sensor for reference. thanks for the replies
