What is this knocking sound on my evo 9?

What is this knocking sound on my evo 9?
I can hear the ticking noise and I believe its the lifters but I can also hear a harmonic constant deeper sound like tak.. tak... tak only at idle and when car is warmed up. What do you believe this is? I am not sure how to upload the video
