I sort of went flock crazy since I loved it so much so I did my dash, center console, pillars and black headliner, triple defi red racer gauges and waiting on my stack AFR gauge, also getting another switch panel done below climate controls..relocated radio in the glove box.

How do you all like the AEM x series gauges? I currently have a mix and match of gauges (Defi Boost, AEM non-x wideband, Prosport oil pressure). Wanted to get them all the same but was not sure if it was worth the price and hassle (if it ain't broke don't fix it)

NICE setup! Where do you have the wires for your gauges running through to get under the dash? Behind the gauge pod of through a hole in the dash?

I have an AEM Failsafe AFR/Boost/Ethanol Content mounted on my steering column and having owned Defi gauges for years,.... I absolutely hate the AEM gauge. The digital readout changes so fast that it's borderline un-readable. I get it that it's a fast response gauge but it's so fast that it's all noise and challenging to see trends (maybe I'm just old). Two other issues are 1.) boost is monitored by having to run a vacuum line all the way to the back of the gauge. Sure would have been nice if they had a remote sensor like the Defis so that the sensor resides in the engine bay. 2.) the outer display on the gauge doesn't light up at night with any units. All you see is the goofy LED lights around the perimeter changing color like a Christmas tree. I really wish there was an AFR gauge out there that has the accuracy of the AEM and the readability of the Defis... Anybody know of anything like that?

Look into the stack wideband afr/lambda gauge, very good quality, accurate readings, pretty sure it reads in both.

I'm happy with them, went with AEM because I wanted to have all my gauges the same brand. They're super easy to read and they look great. Would recommend 👍🏼

Cheers! Wiring all goes through a small hole drilled in the dash under the gauge pod, didn't want any visible wiring 😆
