Throttle body replacement components

Hello all,

I'm in the process of replacing my throttle body shaft seals & during the disassembly I found something I would like to replace but havent been able to source it. The plastic washer under the TPS sensor seems to showing some cracking. I havent tried to take it off yet until I can be a little more certain of a replacement or alternative.

Thanks guys!

I highly doubt you would be able to source that through mitsubishi. The throttle bodies are made by Mikuni Corp., you could try hitting them up and see if they can supply you with a replacement.

It was a good idea thinking of reaching Mikuni directly, unfortunately, I pulled this from their site :

https://www.mikuni.co.jp/en/contact/

Parts for automobiles, motorcycles and power products (Carburetors, etc.)
Aftermarket Sales Group

Please note that we cannot sell OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products directly to the general public, nor can we respond to other customers' inquiries regarding product specifications, warranty, after-sales service, etc.
If you wish to inquire about genuine parts, please contact the manufacturer or dealer of your vehicle.
Thank you for your understanding.

Unfortunately, I think my only option would be to buy a different Mikuni rebuild kit with a similar looking plastic washer in hopes of it being the same once it arrives ):

Measure it and get down your local hardware store and find a nylon washer to match. If your store doesn't have them go to fastenal online. Here is an M5 for example:

McMaster Carr could also be a good source for this type of hardware. ID, OD, and Thickness and you should be good to go.
