03 Lancer Ls/4G94

Hi, I'm tryn to build my car. I want to swap from SOHC to DOHC. Maybe swap motors. Eventually turbo her out. Basically I want to get the most out of her. What should I do??

The lancer es block is to short for the Kia Optima head
