Just picked up an Evo II GSR project car for hillclimb racing. Looking to buy a CAE shifter: I’ve used them on other cars and love the feel.

Does anyone know if the transmission/shifter of an Evo 1-3 is the same as later models?

I ask because CAE says they have a model that’s proven to work with the Evo 5-9. But they can’t confirm whether it will work with a CE9A model: https://cae-racing.de/CAE-Ultra-Shifter_2363
