Kiggly 12T + AEM infinity spark timing way off, help!

Hi everyone. I don't have an evo, but I feel like more people here run the infinity anyway and I'm hoping for some help to get this thing going quickly here. I'm having trouble getting my 95' AWD 2g DSM started after a rebuild here. It needed to be rebuilt in the first place because I never resolved the difficulty starting/misfiring that the stock trigger plate caused and I think I largely cranked/flooded it to death. I've since learned it was the trigger plate and installed the kiggly kit. I've put the settings into the infinity for 12t hall crank and 1t hall cam, but she won't fire at all. I got a timing light and my timing is way off.

It's set and displayed to be at 10°BTDC when cranking but it's almost 180° off. I'm not sure what's causing this, do I just need to adjust my base timing until it matches?

I forgot to mention. When I connect my laptop to the infinity I get a message saying "channel not found crank per cam.

You need to go into the wizard and sync the ignition timing.

Wizards > Setup Wizards...

Click on 'Ignition Sync' under the Basic Setup section. Check the box to lock the ignition timing to whatever value you desire. Crank the engine over while using a timing light to see where the crank mark is at. Use the large adjustments to either advance or retard until you're close. Then, the small adjustment until it's dead on.
