Hello, I have a 96 Evo 4.
I just recently got my car from Japan after moving and I noticed it has little to no power/response below 2k RPM. If I let the clutch out below 2k it takes 15-30 seconds to accelerate past 2k and once it does, It takes off like there was no issue and accelerates very quickly.

I moved to New Mexico, USA at a decent altitude. Some part of me thinks it could be because of the altitude here. The car is completely stock besides an apexi air intake/filter.
