Does the bottom of your trunk floor creak when you press on it?

Going to make a separate thread on this. I would like to definitively answer the question (that nobody is asking) if spare tire subwoofers work with our cars. Note this sound is the stamped metal at the bottom of the trunk floor, it is not plastic rubbing, wires, trunk lining, or anything else. It's coming from the center, away from the bumper or mustache bar.

Does your car make the same sound?

Edit: For anyone else considering the JBL Basspro Hub, or other subs mounted in the spare tire well, don't bother. The sheet metal isn't stiff enough in our cars (plus a 170mm M10x1.25 bolt is a pain to find anyway). I'm returning it.

300mm 10 x1.25 threaded rod - cut to length and add lock nuts?

https://www.mcmaster.com/screws/syst...length~300-mm/

Metal is much stiffer than air, would likely work even if not ideal.

Thank you for looking that up, I had actually used this one from Amazon which was the perfect length, trunk floorboard would lay almost flat on top of the spare-tire-sub:

M10-1.25 x 140mm JIS Hex Head Flange Bolt - Small Head, Class 10.9 Zinc
Amazon Amazon

However, the problem is the creaky trunk bottom, it's not something that can be fixed with fasteners or dynamat. These would be excellent subs for their weight distribution and easy removal, but the trunk floor noise in our cars is unusable. Hard mounting the sub didn't help, I couldn't turn the gain up all the way without hearing awful creaking noise. I could quiet down the license plate and everything else, but not the trunk floor. Kick drums would cause the same noise as in that video.
