2003 Evo 8 new driver seat

Hey everyone
Mine 03 Evo 8 driver seat is pretty worn out.
Is it even possible to buy an OEM brand new seat or parts to rebuild the one?
Just found these part numbers and looks like it's available in some OEM websites:
MN151112XA - Seat Cushion, Left
MN151110XA - Seat Back Assembly, Left
If I buy those two and put together would that be pretty much a brand new oem seat? With outside fabric and everything? Or there's a catch?

I would like to know to. My 05 needs a new driver seat. Fabric on the outerside too the door is very thin now. I have been looking and it is all discontinued.
