This is probably a long shot but I was hoping someone can give some input on if its possible to replace the cowl top inner panel. I just bought a 2004 and I was going over it to clean everything and came across some shady repair. I did a search and found this panel was available to buy, I looked in the service manual but it doesn't have anything for this panel showing the weld locations. How much of a pain would it be to try and replace it?
