2 people on here have done it already. Pal215 was the first by using a stick computer that autoboots and feeds video output into an HDMI input in his head unit.

Thanks, I don’t see Pal’s set up but the thread you linked I did read. It’s pretty costly to do that and I have a pioneer 4200NEX currently. If it’ll run on my head unit, I’d consider it if another option can’t be found.
