Same here, on both accounts. Pops always had a coupe mean cars. He has a 2010 ZR1 in yellow, less than 10,000 miles, makes 780whp. The evo will def be staying. If anything, I’ll just add more lol. Want a 4,5 or 6.

Now that I'm driving this car more often over the next few weeks I've started doing a bunch of things... its so addicting. replaced the trunk mat and board (destroyed), hood liner also destroyed over the year, all the trim has been replaced, HVAC heat/cool nob i couldn't move would bind up fixed all that with the newer gear thing, ordered new speakers to replace factory speakers, new tablet style head unit (Tyes CC3 2k) so I can actually connect my phone to it my existing head unit is probably 15 years old, and then yesterday decided to buy a ETS quick spool turbo kit with a G35-900 because why not I need that lol. The list keeps going on now but over the winter going to redo the coil overs and some other small things. At a much different part of my life then where I was even 8 years ago where I can do things and not worry about $$. I'll have to make a thread on this when its all done

Yep still here. Bought it in Oct 2004 with 6 miles on it: '05 Evo VIII. 118K on the chassis now, 114K on the original engine before it let go at the track after 12+ years of tracking

original owner here, 2005 gsr, ~16k miles, and will remain ~16k miles for as long as my never ending "build" continues. Spending too much time on Rennlist nowadays, thats why my evo will remain with 16k miles for a little longer. But I know its safe in my garage and that in itself makes me happy

I'm an original owner. The car had its first 60K service a few months ago. No plans to sell.

Stopped by to have a look at the detailing forum. Curious as to which compounds folks had luck with GG paint. Doesn't seem to exist anymore. May have missed it. It's not as if I'm such a frequent visitor. Hope everyone is well.
